Mylo is a product about privacy. The site that sells it should live up to the same standard. Here’s what we collect, where it lives, and what we don’t do.
The form
Built into this codebase.
The feedback form and the server code behind it live in this codebase. Nothing is routed through a third-party survey provider. When you submit, your answers land in our own database.
Hosting
Hosted on Vercel.
The site is hosted on Vercel. We use Vercel’s cookieless web analytics to see page views and referrers in aggregate. It does not set cookies, and it does not track visitors across other sites.
Storage
Stored in Supabase.
Waitlist signups and feedback responses are stored in Supabase, a Postgres database we control. Your email is kept alongside basic metadata about your signup.
IP addresses are never stored in raw form. We keep a SHA-256 hash, which lets us distinguish signups without recording who made them.
What we don’t do
No ads, no trackers, no selling.
No advertising of any kind. No cross-site identifiers. No selling or sharing of any data we hold.
